Launching a new destination, first left off London’s Silicon Roundabout
So ok, we’re not supposed to call it that any more. The Old Street neighbourhood is more than just tech nerds these days, which is why there’s no mention of silicon-anything in the copy for The Bower.
I worked with branding agency Campbell Hay to help tell the story of the new landmark quarter for Old Street. They needed exciting copy about the hottest bars, the coolest retail and hippest nightlife, without using horrible clichés like, er, ‘hot’, ‘cool’ and ‘hip’. Which is harder than it sounds.
